Cancellation, Refund & Returns Policy

At Gorur Mart, we strive to provide the best shopping experience for our customers. This policy explains our process for order cancellations, product returns, and refunds.


1. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched from our store.
  • Once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
  • To cancel an order, please contact us immediately at gorurmart@gmail.com with your order details.
  • If the cancellation is approved, the refund (if already paid) will be processed to your original payment method.

2. Returns

  • Returns are accepted only in the following cases:
    • Wrong product delivered
    • Damaged or defective product
    • Expired product (if applicable)
  • The return request must be raised within 2 Business Days of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, in original condition, and with the packaging intact.
  • Certain items (like perishable goods, opened food products, or personal care items) may not be eligible for return.

3. Refunds

  • Refunds are issued after the returned item is received and inspected.
  • Once approved, the refund will be credited to your original payment method within 7-14 Business Days.
  • If the payment was made by Cash on Delivery (COD), we may issue a store credit or bank transfer after verification.
  • Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
