1. Overview
At Gorur Mart, we aim to deliver your groceries and essentials promptly and conveniently. Our delivery service operates every day between 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM, divided into 12 delivery slots, allowing customers to choose a time that best suits their schedule.
2. Delivery Slots (Batch-Wise)
Deliveries are carried out in hourly batches as listed below:

3. Delivery Coverage

Deliveries are currently available within Shivamogga city limits.
4. Order Cut-off and Processing

Orders placed before the next slot’s start time are processed for that slot (subject to availability).

Example: Orders placed at 10:30 AM will be delivered in the 11:00 AM – 12:00 PM slot.

Orders placed after 8:30 PM will be scheduled for the next day’s slots.
5. Delivery Charges

Delivery charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before final payment.

Free delivery may be offered on select minimum order values or promotional days.
6. Receiving Your Order

Customers must be available at the delivery address during the chosen slot.

In case of non-availability, our delivery team will attempt to contact you once.

If the order cannot be delivered after two attempts, it may be returned to the store.
7. Damaged or Missing Items

Please check all items upon delivery.

If any product is missing, damaged, or of unsatisfactory quality, inform our delivery team immediately or contact customer support within 24 hours of delivery.
