Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Overview

At Gorur Mart, we aim to deliver your groceries and essentials promptly and conveniently. Our delivery service operates every day between 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM, divided into 12 delivery slots, allowing customers to choose a time that best suits their schedule.

2. Delivery Slots (Batch-Wise)

Deliveries are carried out in hourly batches as listed below:

🕒 Customers can select their preferred slot during checkout. Delivery availability may vary depending on order volume and location.

3. Delivery Coverage

• Deliveries are currently available within Shivamogga city limits.
  

4. Order Cut-off and Processing

• Orders placed before the next slot’s start time are processed for that slot (subject to availability).

  • Example: Orders placed at 10:30 AM will be delivered in the 11:00 AM – 12:00 PM slot.

• Orders placed after 8:30 PM will be scheduled for the next day’s slots.

5. Delivery Charges

• Delivery charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before final payment.

• Free delivery may be offered on select minimum order values or promotional days.

6. Receiving Your Order

• Customers must be available at the delivery address during the chosen slot.

• In case of non-availability, our delivery team will attempt to contact you once.

• If the order cannot be delivered after two attempts, it may be returned to the store.

7. Damaged or Missing Items

• Please check all items upon delivery.

• If any product is missing, damaged, or of unsatisfactory quality, inform our delivery team immediately or contact customer support within 24 hours of delivery.

8. Delays and Exceptional Circumstances

• Deliveries may be delayed due to traffic, weather conditions, or high demand.

• We will make every effort to communicate delays promptly.
