3. Ordering and Payments

Orders can be placed through our website gorurmart.com or at our physical store.

Payments are processed securely through our payment partner Razorpay.

We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and wallets supported by Razorpay.

In case of payment failure, orders will not be processed.
4. Delivery and Pickup

Deliveries are made in batch-wise slots during store timings 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM.

Delivery timelines may vary depending on order volume and delivery location.

Customers must provide accurate address and contact details. Gorur Mart will not be responsible for delays due to incorrect information.
5. Cancellation, Returns, and Refunds

Orders once placed cannot be canceled after dispatch.

Perishable items (fruits, vegetables, dairy, etc.) cannot be returned once delivered unless found damaged at the time of delivery.

Non-perishable items can be returned within 2 days of delivery, provided they are unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7 working days through the original payment method.
6. Store Timings
Our store operates between 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM, Monday to Sunday. Delivery and order processing will follow these timings.
7. Customer Responsibilities

Customers must ensure availability at the delivery address during the chosen delivery slot.

Customers are responsible for checking products at the time of delivery.

Misuse of offers, discount codes, or fraudulent orders may result in suspension of services.
8. Limitation of Liability

Gorur Mart shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of our services.
